Four one-day equivalent workshops – leads to PGCert ALFA (FHEQ Level 7) with York St John University
A practitioner programme developing the skills and knowledge to design, set up and facilitate Action Learning Sets using the proprietary Action Learning Questioning (ALQ) method.
Each workshop is the equivalent of one full day of learning.

The full ALFA programme combines all four Action Learning Facilitation workshops with the academic assessment requirements for the award of the Postgraduate Certificate in Action Learning Facilitation (PGCert ALFA) — a full postgraduate qualification at FHEQ Level 7, carrying 60 credits, awarded by York St. John University London.

PGCert ALFA — Academic Route
Registration for the Postgraduate Certificate in Action Learning Facilitation (York St. John University) is paid in advance of registration, as with most academic qualifications. We are able to discuss stage payments where you are using ELCAS funding.
